Privacy Policy
Ledder ("we", "our", "us") helps users create and send digital greeting cards. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account data (when you sign in): name, email, and profile photo from Google.
- Card content you create: recipient name, sender name, message content, media, and optional delivery settings.
- Delivery details you provide: recipient email and/or phone number for one-time card delivery.
- Technical data: basic analytics and logs used to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Information
- To create, host, and deliver your digital card.
- To send transactional notifications (email/SMS) requested by the sender.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
SMS & A2P Messaging
SMS messages sent through Ledder are transactional and user-initiated. A sender provides a recipient phone number to deliver a specific greeting card. We do not sell phone numbers. Message frequency is based on user actions (typically one message per send). Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient carrier plan.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Ledder (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery). We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your Choices
- You can stop receiving SMS by replying STOP.
- You can request help by replying HELP to an SMS.
