Service Description

Ledder allows users to create and send digital greeting cards via share links, email, and SMS.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for content you create and send.
• You must only send cards to recipients who have consented to receive them.
• You agree not to use Ledder for spam, fraud, or unlawful content.

SMS Terms

• SMS notifications are transactional and user-initiated.
• Message frequency varies by user actions (typically one message per card send).
• Message and data rates may apply based on recipient carrier plans.
• Recipients can reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.

Intellectual Property

Ledder and related branding are owned by Ledder. You retain rights to your own original content uploaded to the platform.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Ledder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
